Welcome to "Happy Birthdays, Love the Village"!
Every child deserves to feel special on their birthday, no matter their circumstances. We're thrilled to introduce our initiative aimed at bringing smiles to children in need on their special day. After donating our first six birthday bags, we knew that we could not stop there. We are currently working on stocking up on bulk party supplies to be more cost effective and create more celebrations in our community and hopefully beyond.
What's in the Birthday Bags?
Our birthday bags are filled with all the essentials for a memorable celebration, along with a special gift for the birthday child. We're not talking circus clowns and ponies, but we aim for the same smiles! Each birthday bag will include a cake mix, sprinkles, candles, napkins, plates, balloons, banner, family craft and game, a storybook and of course a gift for the birthday kiddo.
Why Birthday Bags Matter
For many children, birthdays are a time of excitement and anticipation. But for families facing financial difficulties, birthdays can add stress. By providing birthday bags, we hope to give every child their special day, alleviate stress for families, and spread some love.
How Can You Help?
You are supporting our cause if you are shopping at our store. For every purchase of our custom art blankets, a portion of the proceeds will go towards purchasing items for the birthday bags. As an alternative option, you could choose to create and donate birthday packages in your own community, spreading comfort and joy to families in need.
